Trainings for Member Schools

Summer Institute
Each summer, OSF hosts a free all-day session for principals and other school leaders that covers all of aspects of OSF services and programs. The Summer Institute includes leadership coaching, school development workshops, communications and fundraising tools, and a forum for school leaders to discuss challenges, share practices and explore ideas together.

Second-In-Command Workshops
Each year, OSF hosts free workshops designed exclusively for the administrative assistants of Member schools. These half-day sessions encompass the challenges and successes of running the front office of an urban school and offer guidance in developing operational efficiencies, internal communications, and working effectively with principals and other school staff.
