History
OSF was founded in 2003 by a local group of business and school leaders to provide a vehicle for raising funds for public school programs. Since then, OSF has developed capacity-building, fundraising, marketing, and administrative services for new small schools to support their dramatic growth, essential needs, and many ambitious programs. OSF now provides 45 schools with basic services, and 34 of these schools are enrolled in OSF’s customized School Growth Plans.
